Every Team, Business, and Enterprise customer will go through our dedicated onboarding and implementation program. This is to setup your integrations, custom fields are tailored to your sales process, and you’re taking full advantage of all of the bells & whistles inside of SPOTIO. We want 10X return out of the software we purchase and our goal is to provide the same.
Ongoing Training & Support
Once your account is properly setup and your team is using SPOTIO in the field, our customer success team will check in regularly ensure your success. They are also available for additional training as more sales reps join your team. Our support team is available during regular business hours to troubleshoot technical issues.
