Your Spotio plan comes with an onboarding program to ensure you get an ROI as soon as possible. That’s why Spotio has a one-time payment for implementation. Implementation prices vary by plan, team size and a few other criteria.

Pricing is similar to implementation fees from inside sales engagement platforms.

Yes, by request. All plans include self-paced, on-demand training for your entire team. So everyone can get up to speed on their own schedules.  If you’d like onsite training, please let us know when you request your demo.

Yes. Each plan comes with a maximum number of leads or lead “pins”. See plan details. If you need more lead pins, you can always buy them by emailing your Account Manager.

Spotio is for teams that are committed to maximizing their performance in the long term. After supporting 1,000s of customers, we’ve found that those who commit to a year of Spotio almost always get bigger returns than those who opted for monthly plans.

That’s why we no longer offer monthly billing, and only offer annual plans.

All plans include chat and email support for all users. Phone support is also included with Business, Pro and Enterprise plans. Phone support hours are outlined in your contract.

Unfortunately we no longer offer single user plans. Spotio is designed for field sales teams, rather than individuals. Plans start at $195 / month.

Your annual contract is based on the number of users you have when your plan begins. If you add more users, you will receive a prorated invoice for the increase. If you reduce your team size, your invoice will be adjusted at the time of your contract renewal.

You do not have to integrate Spotio to your system of record in order for it to work. Although we highly recommend it as integration is one of the primary benefits of utilizing a system of action like Spotio. We do understand some companies prefer to use Spotio as stand alone product which it is not a problem.

Spotio is integrated with Google Maps, which means it works in any country that has Google Maps and a network connection.
