TIER Mobility is Europe’s leading shared micro-mobility provider, with a mission to Change Mobility for Good. 

By providing people with a range of shared, light electric vehicles, from e-scooters to e-bikes and e-mopeds, powered by a proprietary Energy Network, TIER helps cities reduce their dependence on cars. 

TIER reaches their customers with a talented 60 person outside sales team. These canvassers are spread across 100+ cities in 12 countries, tackling new territories and working with the leadership team remotely.

The Challenge

With teams spread out not only across multiple cities, but multiple countries, having a tool that gave management visibility into the field was important.
