Do you have an implementation fee?
There is a 1-time required implementation fee for the Team, Business, and Enterprise plans. This provides an opportunity for customers to have 1-1 time with our customer success experts to properly set up their account, train their sales reps, and ensure you get a return on your investment in SPOTIO. Think of it as an insurance policy. Implementation packages range in price depending on multiple factors such as – plan choice, user count, customization & integration work, etc. Implementation is optional for the Basic plan.
Can I buy more lead pins (data)?
Each plan is allotted a certain number of leads (often referred to as pins). See the plan details for the allotted lead amounts. However, in the the event you need more leads/pins, simply contact us to purchase more for your team.
What is lead machine?
Lead machine is an a-la-carte feature inside of SPOTIO that provides sales reps with detailed demographic information for target prospects, ensuring you’re spending time with prospects that have the highest chance of closing. You can filter by prospects by over 50 attributes before purchasing. Leads are guaranteed with up to 95% accuracy.
Will you do onsite training?
Every Team, Business, and Enterprise plan includes a self-paced onboarding program accessible to anyone at the company 24/7. In some cases, companies ask we go onsite to train their team to maximize their investment. Our professional services team offers a 2 day training at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
Do you offer monthly billing options for the Enterprise or Business plans?
After onboarding and supporting thousands of customers, our experience has been – customers who commit to a full year of using SPOTIO will be more successful and will get more value out of the investment in the long run. Therefore monthly contracts are not available for these plans.
How is billing affected if I have frequent sales rep fluctuation?
The plan user minimums are required as part of the initial purchasing process. As you add more users, you will be invoiced for them at the prorated per user price. However, if you reduce your team size to the plan minimum, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly at the time of your contract renewal.
