Disclosure: SPOTIO is our product and appears in this list. We’ve applied the same evaluation criteria — G2 ratings, feature depth, and field sales use case fit — to every tool, including our own.
SalesRabbit has earned its reputation with door-to-door teams, particularly in residential sales. The gamification features keep reps competitive, the territory drawing tools are straightforward, and the RoofLink acquisition added roofing-specific estimating and CRM tools to the platform.
But field sales doesn’t stop at the front door. If your team sells B2B, runs longer deal cycles, needs deeper CRM integration, or has outgrown a platform where key features like DataGrid AI, digital contracts, and weather overlays are all separate add-ons — you’ve probably started looking at what else is out there.
This guide compares seven SalesRabbit alternatives side by side, with verified pricing, G2 ratings, and a clear picture of what each platform does best.
How We Selected These Tools
We evaluated field sales platforms based on four criteria: feature depth for field sales use cases (territory management, activity tracking, CRM integration, mobile experience), third-party G2 ratings with a minimum review threshold, pricing transparency, and relevance as a genuine SalesRabbit alternative for teams evaluating a switch. Where our own product (SPOTIO) is included, it has been evaluated against the same criteria.
What SalesRabbit Does Well (and Where Teams Outgrow It)
Best for: Roofing and residential D2D sales teams that thrive on competition and gamification.
G2 Rating: 4.5/5 (~430 reviews)
SalesRabbit is purpose-built for door-to-door canvassing. Territory drawing, pin-based lead tracking, and the Amplify gamification system give D2D managers a focused toolkit for high-volume residential sales. The RoofLink acquisition added roofing-specific CRM and estimating tools to the platform.
Pricing: SalesRabbit’s Pro plan is $49/user/month billed annually ($75/month-to-month). A Team plan is available at $59/user/month on monthly billing. Key capabilities like DataGrid AI ($31/user/month), Digital Contracts ($20/user/month), and Weather Maps ($31/user/month) are priced as separate add-ons. A free Lite plan covers a single user with basic canvassing features. Enterprise pricing is custom.
Where teams look for alternatives:
- B2B field sales gaps. SalesRabbit’s data intelligence (DataGrid AI) is built around homeowner financial risk scoring — which works for residential D2D, but not useful when you’re prospecting dental chains, distributors, or manufacturers.
- Add-on cost creep. A 10-person team on the Pro plan paying annually with DataGrid AI and Digital Contracts is looking at roughly $810/month before any other add-ons. The base price looks competitive until you add the features most teams actually need.
- Data security. SalesRabbit does not hold SOC 2 Type II certification, which can be a procurement blocker for mid-market and enterprise buyers in regulated industries. Data loss and server capacity issues have also been reported.
- CRM integration depth. Teams running Salesforce or HubSpot as their system of record often need tighter two-way sync than SalesRabbit’s integration layer provides.

SPOTIO
Best for: B2B and B2C field sales teams that need territory management, activity tracking, AI-assisted productivity, and CRM sync on a single platform with enterprise-grade security.
G2 Rating: 4.5/5 (~390 reviews)
SPOTIO is a field sales execution platform built for the way outside sales teams actually work — in the car, at the door, and between stops. It’s designed for field sales managers who need visibility into what their team is doing and reps who need tools that don’t add admin work to their day.
Pricing: Custom based on team size and feature requirements. Request a demo for details.
Key Capabilities:
- Territory management with hierarchy. Create and assign territories by geography, zip code, or custom boundaries. Multi-level hierarchy is available on web for managers to structure regions, districts, and individual rep territories.
- One-tap activity logging or voice-to-CRM. Reps log visits, calls, and notes with a single tap from their phone, or use DASH Go for AI-assisted voice entry between stops. Every activity is GPS-verified — no manual address entry, no guessing whether the visit actually happened.
- DASH AI co-pilot. SPOTIO’s AI assistant works across four pillars: DASH IQ answers questions and summarizes account history in 10-second briefs. DASH Actions creates and updates records through chat with a confirmation preview before anything writes to the system — always human-approved. DASH Go handles voice input for in-car workflows with minimal taps. DASH Connect links to the LLM of your choice — like Claude or ChatGPT — so managers can query SPOTIO data through their preferred AI tools.
- Next Best Action (NBA). NBA uses 42+ signals to assign a predictive Value Score to every prospect — not a letter grade, but a data-driven ranking that tells reps where to focus. It recommends the next action, learns from your team’s own SPOTIO data, and refreshes on a hybrid intraday and nightly cycle. At the org level, it gives managers pipeline intelligence. At the rep level, it provides daily clarity on who to visit next.
- Autoplays. Guided multichannel follow-up sequences across email, text, and phone. Reps manually enroll prospects and review messages before sending — this isn’t set-and-forget automation; it’s structured follow-through that keeps deals moving without letting leads slip.
- Lead Machine. Prospect discovery for B2C teams with 15 data points per residential prospect. Filter by property attributes and demographics to build targeted prospect lists from the map.
- Two-way CRM sync. Sync with leading CRMs including Salesforce and HubSpot so field activity flows back to your system of record and CRM updates appear in SPOTIO.
- Enterprise security. SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, built on Azure with TLS 1.2+ encryption, Cloudflare WAF, SSO, and role-based permissions.
✅ What stands out: Full-lifecycle field sales platform — prospecting, activity capture, follow-up sequences, AI assistance, reporting, and CRM sync in one place. Enterprise security stack (SOC 2, SSO, GDPR) that mid-market buyers require. DASH AI is genuinely useful for reducing admin time without removing rep control.
⚠️ Consider: Custom pricing means you’ll need to go through a demo process. No free trial — SPOTIO offers guided demos and pilot programs. Minimum plan is 5 users billed annually.
What real teams see after switching: Wire 3, a telecommunications company, saw a 309% increase in rep visits, a 21% lift in calls, and improved their appointment rate by 7% after implementing SPOTIO. StormGuard Roofing — a team coming from the same D2D world SalesRabbit serves — uses SPOTIO for territory management and rep activity tracking across 39+ franchise locations in 17 states. Shane Lynch, President of Storm Guard, said, “What SPOTIO has done is allowed us to see where those successes were and multiply on them. SPOTIO is awesome. It’s easy to use. And I guarantee you that it is worth the money.”
Badger Maps
Best for: B2B outside sales reps who need route optimization and CRM visualization on a map.
G2 Rating: 4.7/5 (~320 reviews)
Badger Maps is a route planning and territory management tool designed for field sales reps who drive between business accounts. It visualizes CRM data on a map and generates optimized multi-stop routes. The core product focuses on reducing drive time and helping reps fit more visits into each day.
Pricing: Business plan is $58/user/month billed annually ($69 monthly). Enterprise plan is $95/user/month billed annually ($109 monthly). Territory Management add-ons cost an additional $50–$98/user depending on the features needed. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
Key Capabilities:
- Route optimization. The Lasso tool lets reps circle accounts on a map and generate an optimized route instantly, handling up to 120 stops.
- CRM integration. Syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, NetSuite, and others. Two-way sync is included on all plans.
- Lead generation. Built-in lead generation tools help reps find new prospects near existing accounts (Enterprise plan).
- Check-in system. Log visits with photos and generate automated field activity reports.
✅ What stands out: Route optimization is the core strength — reps consistently report cutting route planning time significantly. CRM sync included on all plans without an upgrade. Free trial lowers the evaluation barrier.
⚠️ Consider: The Business plan caps records at 2,000 per license and limits map view to 20 leads at a time. Territory Management tools are add-ons with separate per-user fees that can push costs well above the base price. Lead management and deal tracking are lighter than full field sales platforms.
Map My Customers
Best for: Small to mid-sized field sales teams that want a mobile-first mapping and activity tracking tool with straightforward pricing.
G2 Rating: 4.5/5 (~140 reviews)
Map My Customers is a mobile-first sales mapping platform that emphasizes visual territory management and activity tracking for outside sales reps. The interface is designed around the map view, with CRM data overlaid so reps can plan their day, log check-ins, and prospect from the road.
Pricing: Individual plan starts around $55–60/user/month. Team plan is approximately $79–105/user/month depending on billing terms and record limits. Pricing has been restructured in recent months — check their current pricing page for the latest.
Key Capabilities:
- Map-based account visualization. See all customers, prospects, and deal stages plotted geographically.
- Route optimization. Generate efficient multi-stop routes from the map view.
- Activity tracking and check-ins. Log visits with voice-to-text notes and automated check-ins.
- CRM integration. Syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
- Team reporting. Dashboards for managers to track activity, deal progression, and territory coverage.
✅ What stands out: Mobile-first design that field reps find intuitive. Clean map visualization for day planning. Simple enough for teams that don’t need a full-featured sales execution platform.
⚠️ Consider: Limited advanced features compared to full field sales platforms — no AI assistance, no follow-up automation, no built-in prospecting data. Record limits on lower plans. Some reviewers note the desktop experience is less polished than mobile.
Leadbeam
Best for: B2B field sales teams where CRM data entry compliance is the primary friction point.
G2 Rating: 4.8/5 (~76 reviews)
Leadbeam is a field sales app that focuses on reducing manual data entry through voice and image-based CRM updates. Reps record voice notes or take photos after a visit, and the platform processes those inputs into structured CRM records. The product is newer to market and positioning itself around AI-driven field workflows.
Pricing: Starter plan is $59/rep/month billed annually ($89 monthly). Pro plan is $149/rep/month billed annually ($229 monthly). Enterprise pricing is custom. No free trial publicly advertised.
Key Capabilities:
- Voice and image CRM capture. Reps speak or photograph notes, and the platform converts them into CRM updates for review before syncing.
- Route planning. Map-based daily route planning for field visits.
- Lead scoring. Scores prospects based on multiple data signals to help reps prioritize.
- CRM integration. Works with Salesforce, HubSpot, and offers its own built-in CRM option.
✅ What stands out: The voice-to-CRM workflow addresses a real pain point — field reps consistently resist manual data entry, and Leadbeam’s approach reduces that friction. High G2 rating from early adopters. Named G2 Momentum Leader for Spring 2026.
⚠️ Consider: Newer platform with a smaller customer base than established alternatives, meaning some enterprise features (territory management, manager dashboards) are still maturing. Pro tier pricing at $149/rep/month is significantly higher than most alternatives on this list. Review count is still relatively low (76 reviews) compared to more established tools.
Salesforce Maps (Mobile App Retiring August 2026)
Best for: Enterprise teams already running Salesforce who need map visualization of CRM data — but read the retirement context below.
G2 Rating: 4.4/5 (now rated along with Salesforce Sales Cloud/Agentforce Sales).
Salesforce Maps is Salesforce’s native mapping and territory planning tool. It visualizes Salesforce data on maps, provides territory planning capabilities, and offers route optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We’re including Salesforce Maps for completeness because it appears on most “SalesRabbit alternatives” lists. However, we can’t recommend it as a replacement given what’s happening with the product.
Retirement context: Salesforce is retiring the standalone Salesforce Maps mobile app on August 31, 2026. After that date, the app will be removed from the App Store and Google Play, and existing installations will no longer receive updates or support. Separately, Salesforce Maps Live Tracking Mobile — the feature that tracked rep locations in the field — is also retiring on the same date. The desktop mapping experience continues, and Salesforce is directing users to a consolidated mobile experience within the main Salesforce app.
For field sales teams evaluating SalesRabbit alternatives, the mobile experience is the product. A platform pulling back from its dedicated mobile app is a significant concern, regardless of what the desktop product can do.
Pricing: Basic starts at $75/user/month, Advanced at $125/user/month — both require a Salesforce CRM license (Sales Cloud Professional or above).
Other SalesRabbit Alternatives Worth Considering
LeadSquared
LeadSquared ocuses on territory-based lead distribution and allocation. Managers draw territories using pin codes or maps, and the platform auto-distributes leads within those boundaries. It’s strongest for organizations where lead routing and assignment rules are more important than field activity tracking. G2 Rating: 4.3/5. Pricing is available on request.
Repsly
Repsly is a retail execution platform built for CPG teams and merchandisers, not traditional field sales. It emphasizes in-store data collection, shelf compliance auditing, and field activity tracking for teams focused on retail presence rather than prospecting or deal closure. G2 Rating: 4.3/5. Pricing available on request.
Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM includes territory management features in its Enterprise plan ($40/user/month billed annually), but it’s a broad CRM platform with field sales as one of many use cases — not a dedicated field sales tool. If you’re already in the Zoho ecosystem, the territory management add-on may be sufficient. If you need purpose-built field workflows, you’ll likely need a standalone platform.
Vymo
Vymo targets banking, insurance, and pharmaceutical sales teams with AI-driven contextual recommendations and automated call handling. If you’re outside financial services or pharma, it’s not built for your workflow. G2 Rating: 4.6/5. Pricing available on request.
Sage Sales Management
Sage Sales Management (formerly ForceManager) offers tiered field sales CRM with pricing from $19 to $85/user/month. It covers relationship management, opportunity tracking, and geolocalized visits, but it’s a generalist field CRM rather than a purpose-built canvassing or territory execution tool. G2 Rating: 4.7/5.
Why Field Sales Teams Move Beyond SalesRabbit
Teams don’t usually leave SalesRabbit because it’s a bad product. They leave because their sales motion has changed and the platform hasn’t changed with it.
When your sales motion outgrows canvassing. SalesRabbit was built for one-knock, one-signature D2D sales. When your team starts running B2B accounts with longer cycles, multiple stakeholders, and repeat visits over weeks — you need a platform that tracks the full deal progression, not just the knock. One roofing company we spoke with found their reps were knocking the same doors because the platform couldn’t prevent territory overlap or track historical activity at the property level. A telecom company switching from a canvassing-only tool couldn’t define their passings or track penetration rate until they moved to a platform with deeper territory intelligence.
When add-on costs exceed base platform value. SalesRabbit’s base plans are competitively priced. But most teams need DataGrid AI, Digital Contracts, and Weather Maps — all separate line items. A 10-person team on Pro with those three add-ons is paying over $10,000/year just in add-on fees before the base subscription. At that spend level, evaluate what you’re getting versus platforms that include AI, follow-up automation, and prospecting data in the core product.
When enterprise requirements enter the conversation. Mid-market buyers running procurement processes ask about SOC 2, SSO, role-based permissions, and GDPR compliance. If your platform can’t check those boxes, you lose the deal before the demo. SalesRabbit does not currently hold SOC 2 Type II certification.
When platform longevity matters. The Salesforce Maps mobile retirement is a reminder that even large vendors pull back from products. Evaluate whether your chosen platform treats field sales as its core mission or as a feature inside a larger product suite.

Frequently Asked Questions
SPOTIO is purpose-built for both B2B and B2C field sales, with territory hierarchy, two-way CRM sync with Salesforce and HubSpot, AI-assisted activity logging via DASH, and predictive Value Scores with next-action recommendations through NBA. Badger Maps is a strong option if your primary need is route optimization for driving between B2B accounts. Leadbeam is worth evaluating if CRM data entry is your team’s biggest friction point: see our Leadbeam alternatives comparison for a full breakdown of where it fits and where teams outgrow it.
Yes. SalesRabbit allows admins and managers to export lead data as a CSV file from the Sales Hub. That export can be formatted and imported into most field sales platforms. SPOTIO provides an import template and guided onboarding to help teams transfer territories, leads, and historical data.
SalesRabbit’s Pro plan is $75/user/month, or $49/user/month if billed annually, but key features are priced as separate add-ons (DataGrid AI at $31/user/month, Digital Contracts at $20/user/month, Weather Maps at $31/user/month). A fully-featured setup for a 10-person team can exceed $8,000/year in add-on costs alone. Compare total cost of ownership, not just base price.
Salesforce is retiring the standalone Salesforce Maps mobile app and Live Tracking Mobile feature on August 31, 2026. The desktop mapping product continues, but field teams need mobile-first tools. We recommend evaluating alternatives that are investing in their mobile experience, not pulling back from it.
Yes. SPOTIO serves both B2C door-to-door teams (roofing, telecom, home services, home improvement) and B2B field sales teams. Lead Machine provides 15 data points per residential prospect for D2D prospecting, and territory management supports the high-volume canvassing workflows D2D teams need.
