Applied Solar Energy Solutions is a residential solar company selling and installing panels and energy efficiency projects to homeowners.

The Challenge

Applied Solar Energy Solutions would send out teams of salespeople to canvass an area but found that the cost per lead was “astronomical.” It was also very difficult for them to manage crews in the field as well as keep them motivated. “When they leave and you call them and they’re all sitting in the local Arby’s on their phones looking for houses with pools in the backyard, it’s a realization you’re doing something wrong,” says manager David.
