Field and Office, Completely Synchronized
In the trades, the deal happens in the field. Dispatch, scheduling, and revenue happen in the office. SPOTIO and ServiceTitan lock those two motions to one customer, one location, one record, so nothing leaks between them.
- Every customer is context, not a cold approach. Reps work territories knowing which addresses are already ServiceTitan customers and what work has been done at each location.
- One entry, both systems. When a rep qualifies a deal and advances the stage in SPOTIO, the customer, location, and booking land in ServiceTitan with complete data. No re-keying, no lost hours.
- End-to-end visibility after the handoff. Once the deal moves to dispatch, scheduled jobs post back to the rep’s record so they see the outcome tied to the deal they sourced.
One Record, from First Visit to Revenue
SPOTIO drives every rep move in the field. ServiceTitan owns scheduling, dispatch, and revenue. The integration keeps both systems locked to one customer, one location, one record, from the first visit through the completed job and the outcome coming back.
- Two-way customer and location sync. SPOTIO records match to existing ServiceTitan customers first, then create or update. Cross-system IDs persist, so a customer stays one customer.
- Booking creation (SPOTIO to ServiceTitan). A qualifying SPOTIO record syncs to ServiceTitan as a Booking, the intake point that becomes a Job when dispatch converts it.
- Job feedback (ServiceTitan to SPOTIO). ServiceTitan job lifecycle events post back to SPOTIO as a Job Activity on the record that sourced the deal.
- Configurable contact sync. Contact information flows into Customer and Location records, or as standalone ServiceTitan Contacts where the ServiceTitan API supports it.
- Tag application. Selected existing ServiceTitan tags apply to synced records, independently per outbound object, for reporting and segmentation.
Residential and Commercial, Both Handled
- Flat (typical residential). One SPOTIO record maps to a combined ServiceTitan Customer plus Location. Booking fields are captured on the record. Job Activity lands in that record’s history when the job completes.
- Multi-location (typical commercial and B2B). A SPOTIO Parent maps to a ServiceTitan Customer. Each SPOTIO Child maps to a ServiceTitan Location. Booking fields are captured on the child. Job Activity lands on the Location record.
