SPOTIO pricing and plans are tailored to fit the specific needs of every customer to ensure you are not overpaying for features you won’t use. Because of this, standard pricing is not available, but product experts will be able to give you accurate pricing details with a short consultation.

SPOTIO has the fastest implementation in the industry. Most new customers are up and running in less than four weeks. SPOTIO provides a dedicated team to help you expedite your system setup and training for your admins, managers and field reps.

Unfortunately we no longer offer single user plans. 

In our experience, teams with 4 or less users (field sales reps, managers and admins) just won’t be able to get the full value of our solution since it was designed specifically with larger teams in mind.

SPOTIO contracts are based on the number of users you have when your plan begins. If you add more users, you will receive a pro-rated invoice for the increase. If you reduce your team size, your invoice will be adjusted at the time of your contract renewal.

SPOTIO is for teams that are committed to maximizing their performance in the long term. After supporting 1,000s of customers, we’ve found that those who commit to a year of SPOTIO almost always get bigger returns than those who opted for monthly plans.

That’s why we no longer offer monthly billing, and only offer annual plans.

Yes, by request. All plans include self-paced, on-demand training for your entire team. So everyone can get up to speed on their own schedules.  If you’d like onsite training, please let us know when you request your demo.

All plans include a dedicated implementation team for setup and training as well as chat and email support for all users. Live phone support is also included with Business, Pro and Enterprise plans. Phone support hours are outlined in your contract. There is a one-time implementation fee associated with the setup of your account.

SPOTIO can be used as a stand alone system so you do not have to integrate it with your system of record. However, if you plan to continue using a CRM, ERP, or other system in parallel with SPOTIO, we highly recommend integration to ensure your data stays accurate and prevent double work for your teams.

SPOTIO is integrated with Google Maps, which means it works in any country that has Google Maps and a network connection. SPOTIO plans are priced in USD, regardless of the country of operation.
