You need Administrator rights for both platforms to set up the integration.

  • Get Your Key: Log into SOLO → Company → Integrations → API Keys. Generate a new key for “SPOTIO” and copy it.
  • Connect SPOTIO: Log into SPOTIO Web → Settings → Integrations → SOLO.
  • Paste & Connect: Paste the API key, then map your fields—including Annual Usage and Utility Company.
  • Set Your Trigger: Choose the single SPOTIO Stage that triggers the push (e.g., “Ready for Proposal”). Best practice: Select only one stage to avoid duplicate records.

Founded in 1994, Trinity Solar is the largest privately held residential solar company in the United States. They believe that solar is the most practical form of renewable energy on the planet and seek to make it accessible to as many people as possible.

The Challenge

Trinity is no stranger to sales software. Being well-versed in the options available, they weren’t satisfied with what the alternatives offered.
